Dame Lucie Rie - A small 'Potato' pot circa 1980, the compressed ovoid form with roll rim and oval aperture neck, decorated in a tonal brown and oatmeal spiral glaze to the stoneware ground, impressed artists seal to the base, height 8cm, slight damage.
More Information
There is a very fine and tight zigzag hairline to the upper roll rim just by the inside edge running to the shoulder.
