A pair of Chinese cloisonne vases of ovoid form, rising to a flared neck, decorated with ochre, aventurine and blue enamels, raised on gilt metal base, with flared rim and twin handles, height 21cm.
Discolouration, patina and natural verdigris to the bronze mounts.
One has small repair to the upper rim.
Small losses to the enamel throughout, particularly at the upper and lower rims.
Pitting to the enamel throughout.
One has a small area of impact to one side, this has caused a shattered section to the enamel, approx. 1cm in size.
