Johann Loetz - Loetz Glass - A glass vase circa 1899, the shallow circular foot with a compressed lobed body below tapered collar neck, decorated in a Phaenomen Genre, possibly PG 191-1899 (aka - PG 8069), height 11cm, damaged.

There are two chips to the upper inside rim, onen with very slight lines to the body within the chip visible when tipped to the light. There is a spurious L.C.T. engraved mark to the base within the wear on the foot rim. We dont feel this is a Tiffany piece, no other marks to the base.
