Martin Brothers Pottery - A large salt glazed stoneware jug of slender shouldered ovoid form with collar neck, arched handle and flared foot, the body incised decorated with a maiden amongst corn and grasses with repeat patterned borders, picked out in tonal brown and blue to the stoneware ground, incised marks, R.W Martin - London & Southall - dated 25.9.1882, height 25.5cm.
All in good order and free from damage or restoration. There are some production moulding lines to the inside of the collar neck.
