A George III Bilston enamel patch box, circa 1800, of oval form, decorated to the cover with verse 'Thus the Brave Nelson he died with VICTORY Satisfied', over white ground, foliate border with painted black bow titled Sacred Nelson, and two crossed military trumpets, blue enamelled body,  the interior mounted with a mirror, width 5cm.

Small chips to blue enamel around the base, mirror has two cracks.
