An 18th Century English porcelain teapot, possibly Pennington Liverpool, the footed spherical form with loop handle and arched spout below a domed finial cover, transfer painted with a landscape scene of a milkmaid and farmer with cattle to a landscape setting, unmarked, height 14.5cm.

The cover has had some small old restorations to the upper outer edge indicating shallow chips, there is some repainting to the blue banding and refinish to the white. The repair is of a fair standard. The base is all in good order and shows only minor age related wear
