A Royal Worcester vase, dated 1909, painted by Walter Sedgley, of slender ovoid form with slight everted rim, painted with swans on a lake, signed Sedgley, puce printed mark, shape number 2765, height 22cm.
The vase is free from damage or restoration however it is noted that the upper rim is free from gilding where it might be expected. This may indicate that the vase was classed as a second in the firing. There is indication of some small glass flaws to the interior of the vase but no chips, no cracks and no restoration.
