"The Last Interview of Louis XVI with His Family" is an evocative engraving created by Henry Singleton in 1793, capturing the poignant final moments shared between King Louis XVI and his family before his execution during the French Revolution. In this artwork, Louis XVI is depicted within the Temple Prison, seated at the center, surrounded by his wife, Queen Marie Antoinette, their children, and his sister, Madame Élisabeth. The piece was published in London on April 27, 1793, by C. Lowndes of Drury Lane, with the inscription "Publish'd as the Act Directs by C. Lowndes Drury Lane 27th April 1793" and signed by both Singleton and engraver J. Jones .
