Archbishop of Canterbury, Wulfred (805-832) - A penny, obverse facing bust with three pellets in triangular formation to either side, Moneyor is SVVEEHERD, reverse Dorbernia, bust within inner circle 1.2g, a rare coin. S888.

Provenance - Found metal detecting in 2023 in Shropshire, originally folded and shown to the Flo for recording, professionally straightened on request by the finder.

Good portrait and no loss to the flange just some minor buckling, the fold can be noticed lightly from the edge of the face and more prominent at the 11 O'clock position
