A late 18th Century oak slope top bible box, the hinged lid enclosing four small internal drawers above a further two frieze drawers, carved with the initials T.P and the date 1698, height 33.5cm, width 86.5cm and depth 57.5cm, some later repairs.
More Information
There is a replacement shallow ledge along the back of the top. The lock has been changed at some point and the internal drawers appear to be later additions.
