A late 19th Century Thomas Webb & Sons cameo glass biscuit barrel of cylindrical form cased in opal over citron and cut with a butterfly resting to nasturtium flowers and foliage below a silver plated mount, height 23cm.

The glass is all in good order and free from damage or restoration, the mounts are good but tarnished and may show some slight wear to the plating when polished.
