William Moorcroft - A vase of inverted baluster form decorated in the Eventide pattern with a band of tubelined trees against an ochre to red ground, impressed mark, later white metal collar added to the neck, height 12cm.

Crazed. The collar appears to be glued on, but there is no obvious damage to suggest why and the visible rim of the neck looks okay. The Atterbury Moorcroft book shows similar vases with collar necks but describes them as hammer pewter and this is more like a bright steel than pewter.
