OWEN BOWEN (1873–1967) - 'Goathland' -  Cattle in a sunlit meadow, oil on canvas, signed and dated 1910, bears Royal Cambrian Academy Coronation Exhibition, 1911 label verso inscribed with artist's address and title also bears Royal Academy War Relief label dated 1915, framed, 36cm x 51cm, frame size 65cm x 78cm.

NB - Owen Bowen was a member of The Staithes School of Artists.

oil in excellent condition with no apparent restoration nor repair. Presented in original acanthus scroll moulded gilt and gesso glazed frame. One or two specks of dirt to inside of glass
