A Japanese Meiji period (1868-1912) pagoda lidded vessel/jar by Kinkozan, the heavily gilded blue ground with a continuous scene of bijin in fenced gardens adorned with flowers and trees, surmounted by a domed cover and rising from scroll supports, signed to base, height 17cm, damage and restoration.

Finial has been broken and restored, this break line and glue residue is visible and not been done to a professional standard.
Rubbing and light wear to the gilt at the relief areas.
Crazing to the interior vessel, this shows dark disolouration to the crazing lines, possibly due to water damage.
No visible signs of breaks or damage.
