A George III Bilston enamel patch box, circa 1800, of oval form, decorated to the cover with comical upside down profile portraits of a man wearing a wide brimmed hat, green coat and blue bow, and when inverted a lady in green bonnet and blue bow, over white ground, and titled 'John The Coachman' and 'Betty The Cook, with red ribbon and foliate sprigs to the body, the interior mounted with a mirror, width 5cm.
