A large late 18th Century pearlware jug circa 1785, the swollen body with high loop handle, hand painted in blue and white with a Chinoiserie scene below a repeat border, height 25cm, damaged.

There is a firing crack to the side of the spout, a further crack to the side of that, chip to the edge of the spout and chip to the base with further upper body crack, sold as found.
