A late 19th Century continental dome topped travelling trunk or sea chest, with decorative acanthus metal strapwork detail and twin wrought iron carry handles, height 68cm, width 104cm and depth 58cm, some damage.

There are some woodworm flight holes in places. The lock plate has been removed. Some corrosion to the strapwork detail.
