Fry's chocolate - A late 19th Century ebonised counter shop display cabinet, the painted arch opaque pediment over a glazed slope front, fitted with two shelves above a mirror base on plinth base, height 68cm x depth 24cm x width 45cm

The cabinet has been over-painted black, covering the remnants of a paper label to the reverse - under light, the word Bristol on the label can just be made out. The internal glass shelves and mirror panel to the base have been replaced. Some scuffs and scratches to the lettering and the cocoa plant to the celluloid pediment panel. There is a split across the rear door, which also has replacement catches.
