nb - On February 25th 1975 during a match in Auckland, New Zealand batsman Chatfield was struck on the head by a ball from English fast bowler Peter Lever. Badly concussed, he had stopped breathing. Chatfield was resuscitated by the quick reactions of Bernard Thomas.
