Christian Dior pearl type clips earrings - gilding is heavily worn - base metal showing in places to both pairs.
The butterfly is a lapel pin.
The necklace in the long Dior box has already been photographed - it has the black ribbed centre and there is a pair of matching clip earrings (worn to the backs)
